Reg bought Mary a plane ticket to America to visit me, it was her 40th birthday present. The airline lost her suit case and they didn't locate it for 4 days, so we had to go shopping for clothes every day "result!". We went on a girls weekend trip to Chicago and had so much fun. We ended up following a group of girls out on their hen party, to a night club and we danced until 3am. On Halloween we went trick or treating with my kids, Mary thought that was fun and could not believe how much candy they got. She gave the boys a lesson in pottery and each one made something, and painted it. She loved the American expressions, how the parents keep shouting to their kids "Good job" at soccer games. After my boys were gone to bed each night, Mary and I would sit up talking and laughing for half the night. Happy memories dear sister!
